I was never informed nearly Windows 10 Edition

I have to bring to your attention that I am an 'Ancient' owner of Minecraft Java Edition. I was never sent an email nor take I been informed that I could download windows x edition for free. I found out nearly it today and before I started writing this, I checked my electronic mail inbox to see if I was sent something.

Of grade I didn't receive whatsoever information virtually it and I want to merits my gratuitous windows 10 edition. I would be happy if you tin can help me in this problem of mine. I do apologize for the inconvenience merely I actually practise deserve windo0ws 1 edition, as I was never informed of it.

Same here! No emails or notification which is very poor. Feels similar the offer was a token gesture to say that they had offered it free but and then never really advertised it as they didnt want too many to take the offering upward. Disappointing

I accept put in my code to get minecraft for windows x that i purchased from game cease and afterwards redeeming code in the microsoft link once i didn't see the download button then i refreshed and tried the code again then told me the code was already redeemed by me and so I don't know what to do.
